Create conversations where more people can genuinely take part. A practical two-hour session for anyone who brings people together to talk, think, share ideas or make decisions. We’ll explore how to create welcoming conversations, encourage different people to contribute, ask better questions and respond when the energy or dynamics in the room shift. You’ll leave with practical facilitation techniques, new ideas for activities and more confidence leading groups. Perfect for anyone running workshops, consultations, engagement sessions, advisory groups or co-design.
