To keep the evening safe, running smoothly, and fun for everyone, we&rsquo;ll need everyone to follow a few guidelines.&nbsp; Here&rsquo;s what to expect on the night: 📝 Arrival &amp; Check‑In When you arrive, please sign in &mdash; we&rsquo;ll have volunteers ready with a list. This is also where you&rsquo;ll collect your family&rsquo;s bingo tickets. 👶 Pushchairs Please only bring pushchairs if absolutely necessary. We&rsquo;ll have a designated area at the back of the hall for safe storage. 🥤 Food &amp; Drinks We won&rsquo;t be selling refreshments, so feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks to enjoy at your table. (No alcohol please, and try to avoid glass containers.) Your fish &amp; chips will arrive between 6 and 6:30 p.m. 👉 Don&rsquo;t forget cutlery and condiments! We&rsquo;ll call out family names over the microphone when your order is ready for collection. 🎟️ Raffle &amp; Bingo Tickets Our raffle is back!&nbsp; Volunteers will visit each table to sell tickets. It will be cash only, so bring plenty of change. Extra bingo tickets will be available if anyone wants to play more than one game at a time. ⏰ Evening Schedule We&rsquo;ll try to play one or two bingo games before dinner, and the rest after we&rsquo;ve eaten. The night will finish with the raffle, aiming for a 7:30 p.m. end time. 👦👧 Children &amp; Safety Lots of children will be joining us! Please help keep everyone safe by encouraging your little ones to stay with you. We are only permitted to use the dining hall and toilet facilities &mdash; no exploring other areas of the school. Toilets will be explained on the night. Please note that getting to them means a short walk outside, so please accompany your children and make sure you know where they are at all times.
