Free Over 50&#39;s Forever Active Kent 12 Week Boxing for Mental Health Course funded by Kent County Council and Dane Valley Residents Association. Tuesdays 6 pm - 7pm This 12 week course is in a fully accessible venue and the class can be done seated. We will be boxing in partners to release mid-life stress and to make you feel stronger and more empowered to live life better for longer. Boxing is fun and proven to help your balance, cardio health, coordination and to prevent dementia. We will be doing fitness tests on week 1, 6 and 12 so you can measure your improvement from the completing the course. All equipment will be provided and you don&#39;t need to have exercised before.&nbsp; This class is for anyone, Over 50, with long term health conditions that would like to get back to being active or start getting active to feel healthier to live better for longer. Priority will be given to Dane Valley Residents
