This session is part funded by Team Tasha Fitness CIC Millmead Community Centre is fully accessible with parking. All abilities welcome. This class is suitable for absolute beginners to exercise or those trying to get healthier and more active. Enjoy simple, guided seated exercises that support balance, coordination, improve strength and confidence. No experience is needed and all equipment is provided. Join us to build strength at your own pace, look after your mental health, and be part of a supportive community.
