Join our raffle for a chance to win big while supporting Leigh Spinners Mill! Your participation is not only a chance to win prizes, but also plays a vital role in helping raise funds for Leigh Building Preservation Trust. Each ticket you purchase directly contributes to our efforts in making a meaningful impact in our community. 🎟️ Our previous raffles have helped raise much needed funds towards the repairs and upkeep of this incredible Grade II listed building, lovingly restored over several years by a team of volunteers, staff and contractors. Last year, we raised money to upgrade our lift, ensuring the continued access of those that need it most - including visitors to our many on site charity organisations. With the incredible growth of the mill and the tenants that have joined us along the way, this year we are raising funds to upgrade our CCTV and security system ensuring visitors and tenants feel safe. The incredible queues for worldwide events such as Record Store Day which had participants waiting from 8pm the night before, or our amazing groups of collectors fighting fantasy worlds until late into the night highlights an ongoing need for better security to bring improved safety to our wider community. Our historic building also houses charities such as AIM Northwest, a service for supporting victims of Domestic Abuse; The North West Computer Museum which sees a large number of neurodivergent visitors giving them a space to feel comfortable and themselves; and several child and youth-focused groups such as Nature By Nurture, Tiny Tots Toddler Play and Heart Communities. Our ongoing commitment to our tenants and the Leigh community which uses these groups and services means that this years fundraiser goes towards keeping every visitor feeling safe and secure on our site. Thank you for your support. Every contribution, big or small, makes a significant difference. ✨
