This goes beyond simple &ldquo;mocktails&rdquo; - you&#39;ll mix three drinks using premium alcohol-free spirits, aperitifs, syrups, fresh citrus and seasonal ingredients, while picking up the principles of flavour, balance and structure along the way. You&#39;ll be guided by AF drinks specialist and World Alcohol-Free Awards judge Maria Easley, learning how to build depth and complexity without alcohol, and getting hands-on with techniques like shaking, muddling and building drinks. By the end, you&#39;ll have the skills and confidence to make exceptional cocktails at home, plus recipe menus for everything you&#39;ve made to take with you. Whether you&#39;re new to cocktail-making or already know your way around a shaker, there&#39;s something to take from this session. Alcohol-free, sober-curious, cutting back, or just after a fun night out without the booze - this masterclass is a welcoming, sociable space for anyone who loves great drinks and good company.
