You can register up to four volunteers per club using this form. Volunteers will be positioned at the Out For Sport stand alongside the Out For Sport team. You&rsquo;re welcome to bring flyers, sign-up sheets, merch or anything else that helps students learn about your club.

Thanks for volunteering to join Out For Sport at National Student Pride. We&rsquo;re really glad to have your club involved. Important info for the day As part of registering, we&rsquo;re required to share some key health and safety information with everyone joining us at the stand. All volunteers attending National Student Pride must comply with the Health &amp; Safety at Work Act 1974 (HASAWA) and any venue-specific requirements. This means taking reasonable care to ensure that actions (or inactions) don&rsquo;t put themselves or others at risk during the event. Our stand activities involve no hazardous exhibits or demonstrations. Volunteers don&rsquo;t need any specialist training - just normal care, awareness of the space, and a willingness to follow any guidance on the day.
