LXCL:Any donations towards the costs of organising the screening, such as venue hire, printing, etc, will be most welcome. The screenings are all organised and run by volunteers. These donations also allow us to organise more screenings in different areas of Eastbourne so that the film is accessible to as many local residents as possible.

Join us for a powerful screening of &ldquo;The People&rsquo;s Emergency Briefing&rdquo; 🎬&mdash;a film that helps us all to think about how we can prepare for an uncertain future in terms of security, food security, &nbsp;health, increased cost of living, protecting nature... (the things that many of us are most worried about), and highlights practical actions our Eastbourne community can take. The film is based on the National Emergency Briefing in Westminster (featured by ITV, Channel 4, and The Times), with appearances from Chris Packham, Deborah Meaden, and a range of voices from across the UK. After the film there will be a short discussion about what it means for our community in Eastbourne and what we can do locally. &nbsp;There will be information about local groups and how to get involved. This screening has been organised by the volunteers of the Eastbourne Climate Coalition, supported by the Eastbourne Eco Action Network CIC. Tickets are free, but any donations towards the costs of arranging the screening will be most welcome and allow us to organise more screenings.
