HAVE IT's PUSH Session is back! Get in the room and let's get to work! 💪🤩❤️‍🔥 WHAT IS PUSH?An exciting session for writers and actors to come together and develop work collaboratively, playfully and quickly. Test ideas in the room, explore text out loud, and shape new writing! No pressure. No pitching. No need for a “finished” script. Just practice, play, risk-taking - and the opportunity to push your craft alongside people who are curious, generous, and up for trying things. 🥰🙌🌟 WHO IS PUSH FOR?HAVE IT works to create a safe, playful and collaborative space for women+, AFAB, trans and gender-diverse theatre-makers. This is a session welcome to all who identify as part of these communities. If you're a lad, we kindly ask you to sit this one out. And since it's pride month, we'd love to celebrate women+ LGBTQIA+ stories. 💫 Writers - bring whatever work you want to explore. All you need is a 2 handed script - a scene, an excerpt, whatever is most useful for you! (No more than 20 mins of text). Please note, all characters will be played by women+/non-binary actors. ✍️ Actors - bring your instincts and perspective. We'll allocate you a script before the session. 🎭 Think of it like a scratch night without the pressure of an audience! Rehearsal, sharing with creatives and detailed discussion. Let's HAVE IT! 🍒🫶✨
