A dry, grassy field in the foreground leads to a long brick wall and a small building under a sunset sky.

General Admission

Return to Nature Join us for a series of three sessions focusing on nature connection. These sessions are rooted in the fact that we are part of nature and by remembering this we can re-find our place within the natural world. We will explore different themes through which we can come back into relationship with nature. By doing this we also aim to build our internal resources whilst feeling relaxed, revitalized and restored. In each session we will carry out a few activities based around the different themes, ground our self on the land and share with each other how we have found the experience. An opportunity to relax, connect more to ourselves, each other and the land. Sessions are a series so best to come to all three but there may be some flexibility with this. My name is Charlotte and I am currently training as an ecotherapist and nature connection facilitator with the Natural Academy. I experienced burnout whilst working as a doctor in the NHS. Reconnecting to nature was a major part of my healing journey as well as helping me to rediscover a deeper sense of myself and build a feeling of belonging. I now manage the market garden at Sandy Lane farm, Tiddington, as well as running workshops in nature connection.
