Your tour will start with a guided walk around the vineyard, learning about the viticulture and management throughout the year, as well as information on the British wine industry and wine making process. There is then a tasting where you’ll be informed on tasting notes and pairings for our four recommended wines; red, white, rosé and English sparkling. This is followed by a Skylark wood-fired pizza buffet, with bruschetta and salad.

In these cases, or with animals that are born in our care, we get to give them a name - and this auction lot allows you to submit a list of animal names for our team to pick from when the next unnamed resident arrives! In return you'll receive a certificate detailing your support and an email with a photo of the animal once they've settle in and from their rehoming day.
