Join us for a unique evening of sauna, sea and storytelling at Soul Water Sauna at The Pitt, Granton. We&rsquo;ll be bringing together the restorative power of the coast with inspiring conversations about adventure, resilience, and community. Enjoy a sauna session before gathering to hear from Saltire Tides (26/27) and Scotland the Wave (25/26) - the women behind Scotland&#39;s only all-female Atlantic rowing teams from the past two years. Together, we&#39;ll share our experiences of preparing to row 3,000 miles unsupported across the Atlantic in the World&#39;s Toughest Row, hearing stories of life on and around the water, what drives us to take on extraordinary challenges, and how outdoor experiences can build resilience, connection, and wellbeing. We&#39;ll also talk about the purpose behind our journeys and our shared commitment to raising funds and awareness for our chosen charities. We&#39;ll be running both an early and a later sauna session, with our talk taking place in between. There will be plenty of time to meet the team and even see our Atlantic rowing boat up close, and ask any questions. The Pitt also has several street food vendors if you&rsquo;re looking to top up your energy levels.&nbsp; Whether you&#39;re a regular sauna goer, dreaming of your own adventure, or simply looking for an evening of connection and inspiration, this event is for you.
