Singing Through Grief: A Space for Connection, Expression &amp; SupportGrief is a deeply personal experience, and sometimes words alone cannot express what we are carrying.&nbsp; Singing Through Grief is a gentle 90-minute workshop offering a safe and supportive space for people experiencing grief and loss to come together, explore emotions through the voice, and find comfort through shared experience. Led by Lou Blackburn alongside qualified counsellor Sally Turley, this unique workshop combines the therapeutic qualities of singing, breath, gentle reflection and compassionate conversation. You will be guided through simple breathing techniques and vocal exercises designed to help reconnect body and mind, exploring the powerful relationship between breath, voice and emotional wellbeing. Throughout the session we will enjoy gentle musical exploration, opportunities for quiet reflection, and moments to simply listen and be held by the sound of live singing. This is not about singing ability or performance. It is about using the voice as a tool for expression, release, grounding and connection. In our small, welcoming group, you will have space to explore your own experience of grief while connecting with others who may be walking a similar path.
