Your participation helps us serve and improve the health of our community 🚀 📌 Housekeeping Parking🚗 Please arrive early to allow time for parking: Small car park (limited access) Free street parking nearby (may require a short walk) Sainsbury&rsquo;s (7 min walk, free parking option) 📝 Signing in:&nbsp;Please sign the register on arrival. 🧥 Belongings: Please leave bags, coats, and phones (switched off) in the designated area &nbsp;on the white shelves at the back of the room ⏰&nbsp;Late Arrivals (5+ minutes): To avoid disrupting the class, participants arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be admitted.If the session has already started and you are permitted to enter, please do so quietly, walk around the back of the studio, leave your belongings in the designated storage area, and join the session respectfully.Please do not leave your belongings anywhere in the studio for convenience because you are running late. This helps keep the studio safe, tidy, and free from obstructions for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation. 👶 Children and babies- are NOT permitted under any circumstances.
