We&rsquo;ve partnered with Feel Good Norfolk and Tess Bickerstaff Yoga to bring you a restorative evening of movement and fresh sea air, and bring the OutThere Community a surf-inspired vinyasa flow right on the sand.<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">6:15 PM: Meet at East Runton Beach We&rsquo;ll head down to the beach together.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">6:30 PM: Superflow yoga class</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">7:30 PM onwards: relax on the beach or grab some fish and chips with us</li></ul>Don&#39;t rush off after - OutThere is all about getting out there, trying new things and meeting new people, so you&#39;re welcome to stick around with us afterwards. Grab some local fish and chips, or bring along a flask of tea to enjoy on the sand while we watch the evening light.What you need to know:<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">What to bring: - No yoga mat needed - we&#39;ll be flowing directly on the sand. - Comfortable clothes you don&#39;t mind getting sandy and wet. - A towel. - A change of clothes for afterwards.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Weather check: If it&#39;s too rainy on the day, we&#39;ll get in touch to rearrange the location.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Cost &amp; Accessibility We want to make sure cost is never a barrier to our events.
