Join Ryan, the chocolatier behind Trufflus, for a guided chocolate tasting at Lily&rsquo;s Social Kitchen. Trufflus is a small-batch craft chocolate business based in Rochester, creating bonbons, bean-to-bar chocolate and plant based nut spreads. Trufflus focuses on flavour, texture and carefully crafted chocolate with a strong sense of ethics and craft. This tasting is designed to be welcoming, informal and enjoyable with no previous chocolate knowledge needed. Guests will be guided through a curated selection of chocolates, exploring flavour, aroma, texture and the story behind each sample. Expect a relaxed afternoon of tasting, conversation and discovery, with the chance to learn more about cacao, craft chocolate and how to taste chocolate in a more mindful and informed way.
