Upmo Extra Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you can no longer attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will normally receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund, as staffing, transport, venue, and activity costs may already have been committed.
• Refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If Upmo Extra cancels an event, a full refund will be provided.

As a small service, advance notice helps us manage staffing, transport, and activity costs while keeping events affordable for everyone.
