Workshop DescriptionRestorative Gong Bath Well-Being Workshop with Sarah BuchannanSarah&#39;s restorative gong baths are designed to create a peaceful space where you can fully relax, release tension, and quiet the mind.&nbsp;The experience is particularly supportive for improving sleep, easing feelings of stress and anxiety, releasing emotional blocks, and it can ease symptoms of physical pain.We begin with gentle, nurturing movement and stretching to help the body settle and unwind. You&rsquo;ll then be guided through simple breath awareness and mindfulness practices to become fully present and grounded. From there, we will begin with the sound journey - where all you need to do is let go and allow the vibrations of the gong to move through you and do its thing. This can be done lying down&nbsp;on a mat (with the option of sitting on a chair).The gong&rsquo;s frequencies deepen relaxation, harmonize the nervous system, and clear stagnant energy. It has been known to help improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and support tissue regeneration. The gong&rsquo;s frequencies also stimulate the vagus nerve, which helps to lower stress, balance the nervous system, and promote overall relaxation.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please note:&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Gong sound baths are not suitable if you are currently using a pacemaker.&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; ⁠⁠Hearing aids to be removed before the gong.&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; ⁠⁠If pregnant, please consult a health practitioner before booking.&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Participants must be 16 years or older.Health disclaimer to be completed on the day of the workshop.&nbsp;Refreshments included.
