Starting from the Forest Walkway and Train Carriage, Lucy will introduce you to a variety of seasonal wild foods, explain how to identify them safely and responsibly, and share their traditional and culinary uses. The walk will finish with a demonstration showing how some of the foraged ingredients can be transformed into delicious, nutritious food. Whether you&rsquo;re completely new to foraging or looking to expand your knowledge, this is a fascinating opportunity to connect with nature and see the landscape in a whole new way.
