Promoter: This lottery is promoted by Untapped (UK) CIO, a non‑commercial society established for charitable purposes, and registered as a Small Society Lottery with BCP Council under the Gambling Act 2005. Registered address: 49 Purewell, BH23 1EH 2. Nature of the Lottery: This raffle constitutes a Small Society Lottery as defined by the Gambling Act 2005. All proceeds are used to support the purposes of the promoting society and not for private or commercial gain. 3. Eligibility Entry is open to UK residents aged 16 or over only. Proof of age may be required. Tickets are for adult (over 18) camping only. Employees, trustees, or committee members of the promoting society may enter unless prohibited by the society&rsquo;s own constitution. Persons under 16 are not permitted to enter small society lotteries. 4. How to Enter Tickets may be purchased online only via Zeffy at:https://www.zeffy.com/en-GB/ticketing/win-2-weekend-tickets-to-end-of-the-road-festival-2026-adult-campingEntry is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received. All tickets are sold at the same price. There is a limit of 10 entries per person. 5. Ticket Sales &amp; Limits: The total value of tickets sold for this lottery will not exceed &pound;20,000. The aggregate ticket sales for all lotteries run by the society in a calendar year will not exceed &pound;250,000.6. The Prize One prize consists of two (2) weekend tickets to End of the Road Festival 2026, including adult camping. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. Travel, accommodation (other than camping included in the ticket), food, and ancillary expenses are not included. The total prize value does not exceed the statutory maximum of &pound;25,000 for a Small Society Lottery. 7. Draw Details: The draw will take place on 20th August at 9 am GMT.The draw will be conducted fairly and at random. Results will be recorded and retained in accordance with statutory requirements. 8. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at purchase within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the society reserves the right to redraw. 9. Use of Proceeds. At least 20% of gross proceeds from this lottery will be applied directly to the purposes of the society. No more than 80% of proceeds will be used for prizes and lottery expenses combined. 10. Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, except where the lottery is cancelled. If cancelled, all valid entries will be refunded in full.11. Data ProtectionPersonal data will be used solely for: administering the lottery contacting the winner fulfilling legal and regulatory obligationsData will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the society&rsquo;s privacy policy.12.
