I&#39;m really looking forward to sharing this experience with you.&nbsp;🎵&nbsp;WHAT TO EXPECTA sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you simply lie down (or sit, if you prefer) and allow yourself to be gently immersed in waves of sound. There is nothing you need to do, achieve, or get right; you just arrive, get comfortable, and let the sounds wash over you.&nbsp;The session itself will use instruments such as shakers, wind chimes, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and drums to create a rich, layered soundscape. You&#39;ll be lying still, so layers are a good idea.- Bring anything that helps you feel settled. We&rsquo;ll provide mats, blankets and bolsters, but if there is a small familiar item that will help you feel more comfortable, please do bring it along (e.g. crystals, eye masks etc).- The space will be kept dim and calm throughout with fairy lighting and a fan to keep us cool if needed.- You are welcome to leave quietly at any time if you need to.&nbsp;Thank you again for booking.
