This isn’t a cute TikTok trend. This is two hours of real, practical self-defence led by Susan from ECKM, a professional instructor who knows exactly what she’s doing. Whether you're walking home at night, setting boundaries in public, or just want to feel more prepared, this session will give you clear moves, no nonsense, and a big hit of confidence. It’s not about aggression. It’s about knowing your own power and how to use it if you need to. No experience needed. No weird vibes. Just useful, real-life skills in a safe, women-led space.
