Texas has the highest uninsured rate in the nation, over 25% of women are without health insurance.
Women without health insurance, are less likely to get mammograms, leading to later stage diagnoses of breast cancer. Screening mammograms are key to early detection. Mammography has helped reduce breast cancer mortality in the U.S. by nearly 40% since 1990. One study shows mammography screening cuts the risk of dying from breast cancer nearly in half. Your donation will fund programs to provide mammograms free of charge for uninsured women, both UNDER the age of 40, and OVER the age of 40 throughout North Texas.

Annual Sponsorship Program Details
The sponsorship season will begin in the Spring with Man Up to Breast Cancer and continue through the following year, covering our three key annual events:
