The CW5 Julian A. Evans III Scholarship Foundation was founded in honor of a man with a brilliant mind, a big heart, and a servant spirit who never met a stranger! To know CW5 Evans is to know a true man of God living by God's word through his actions and deeds. He was a man of impeccable character and unlimited potential. Julian believed in higher education. He and his wife would always talk about how they wished they could adopt many children to benefit from the educational benefits they earned from their active-duty service to this country. His wife, Josie Evans, started this incredible scholarship foundation to support this very wish and to honor her husband's life, legacy, and the sacrifices he made for the country and all humanity.
