Learning tools to help with stress-management and how to cultivate mindfulness is not something that many kids learn at home or can be easily accessible to disadvantaged populations. HCCWF reaches out to schools and teachers to offer the opportunity to deliver an experiential workshop to students so that they can learn simple tools that can help them manage their emotions in a healthy manner, whether they are experiencing, fear, stress, anxiety, depression or anxiousness. These tools can give them the power to become self aware of their emotions and to learn how to take control of it, rather than letting their emotions take control of them.
