Cooler weather has hit Florida so we have a little time to raise funds to replace one of our two 5 ton A/C systems. It has served us well for nearly 20 years, which is surprisingly great.  We will be replacing both the air handler in the attic as well as the accompanying condenser outside. Additionally, unused equipment in the attic will also be removed. Several bids are coming in and the best quality for the price will win. If it costs less than $15,000, the extra funds will go into the building fund for the many other projects in the works.  We’ve made great strides this year, and continue to make improvements and progress to keep our Post 267 going strong. The building fund is helping with a lot: we will continue to generate funds to address plumbing, exterior siding (sanding, priming and painting) to name a few.  We appreciate all donations large and small.
