Cohen Wilson Legacy Foundation was created in memory of Cohen Rhodes Wilson and with the hope that his story can help save another child and support another family. Our mission is to prevent youth substance use and overdose through education, early intervention and awareness, while helping families access treatment and recovery resources when they need them most. We also hope to provide meaningful support to children and families who have been impacted by substance use and overdose.Cohen would have turned 12 years old on August 28th. In honor of his 12th birthday and International Overdose Awareness Day on August 31st, we are setting our first big goal: to raise $12,000 to begin building the programs, resources and community partnerships that will carry his legacy forward. We can&#39;t change what happened to Cohen, but we can choose what we do with his story. Our hope is that his life continues to make a difference so that another child is reached sooner, another family knows where to turn and another life is saved. This is Cohen&#39;s legacy and the beginning of Rhodes to Hope. We&#39;re just getting started.
