Help the Fosters with necessary changes to their home, such as widening doors and shower for wheelchair access and essential medical and therapy equipment.  Step Two: Help them through it. Help the Fosters with rising medical expenses, eventual loss of one of their incomes, and a college fund for the Fosters' daughters Madeline and Abigail.  Step Three: Throughout, help educate the Public abut ALS to create and provide support for responsible and commonsense ALS research and care initiatives, including advocating for changes in public policy an bureaucracy to increase access to, and insurance coverage for, cutting-edge treatment options.
