WHEN:    Pre-Conference Classes:      Thurs, June 19 - Fri, June 20              Conference:      Sat, June 21 - Sun, June 22 WHERE:    Arkansas Tech University         Russellville, AR The ASARA State Search and Rescue Conference has historically had between 70-120 attendees with many also having an active role in emergency management, fire departments, EMS, or law enforcement.  Most attendees are volunteers either paying out of their own pocket or using funds donated to their team, so the Arkansas Search and Rescue Association is seeking sponsors for the Conference to help us keep costs as low as possible for attendees.  Conference Sponsorship Levels with Benefits: <ul><li>Bronze     -    $250.00<ul><li>Recognition on the 2025 ASARA State SAR Conference Website</li><li>Name listed on sponsor poster by registration desk during the conference</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Silver    -    $500.00<ul><li>All Bronze Sponsor Benefits</li><li>Recognition during morning announcements during conference</li><li>Name listed on sponsor poster in the cafeteria during meals</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Gold     -    $1,000.00<ul><li>All Silver Sponsor Benefits</li><li>At least two mentions on the ASARA Facebook Page posts about the conference</li><li>Logo on conference t-shirt    </li><li>Logo included on wayfinding posters in lobby/hallways</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Platinum    -    $2,000.00<ul><li>All Gold Sponsor Benefits</li><li>At least six mentions on the ASARA Facebook Page posts about the conference</li><li>Logo on Conference flyers (flyers printed after sponsorship purchase)</li><li>5-minute Presentation during lunch</li><li>Informational table setup near registration desk for the duration of the conference</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Pre-Conference Class Sponsor    -    Estimated between $2,000-$6,000<ul><li>This level will cover all or part of the out-of-pocket expenses for all students for a particular pre-conference class.
