With so much to celebrate, we expect nearly 20,000 people to gather on Bridge Street during this year's 3-day Wine & Walleye Festival: July 25th, 26th, & 27th.                       We are thrilled to welcome back the show-stopper of the harbor, the Lettie G. Howard, for deck and sailing tours. We’ll have a packed schedule of live entertainment, delicious wine tastings, crispy fried walleye, tons of vendors and shopping, cold beer, lighted boat parade, fishing tournament, family friendly activities, the most spectacular fireworks show in Northeast Ohio, and so much more!                       Your support of Wine & Walleye Festival 2025 with a sponsorship can help ensure this event remains a successful one that continues to draw more business and attention to the area, keeping the Historic Ashtabula Harbor a destination coastal location. Proceeds from this year's weekend of events will go directly back to the area to start a facade project fund for business owners aiming to improve their storefronts.                       The LBCA began by establishing traffic-generating events like the Wine & Walleye Festival to bring back revenue to the Historic Ashtabula Harbor because of the Bascule Lift Bridge. Back in 2008, the bridge was undergoing maintenance for what was only supposed to be 6 months. The entire project lasted 18 months, leaving our thriving harbor district in disarray as our primary connector to the highway disappeared. This had a significant impact on local businesses, residents, and overall traffic in the area.                       Since then, Wine & Walleye weekend has been crucial in sustaining the beautification and development efforts in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor, ensuring the area remains a place where we all want to eat, meet, and shop for years to come.
