Five colorful gemstones with corresponding pledge amounts are displayed in the foreground against a dark purple background with the text "2026 G.E.M.S. PLEDGES".

First launched in 2021 as the Distinguished Communicators of Color (DCOC) and reintroduced as G.E.M.S. in 2024, the program celebrates at least 25 honorees each year, with five standouts named top of their class. Over the past five years, more than 175 leaders have been recognized, establishing DAA as an identifier of sharp talent pushing other industry awards to diversify their own honoree rosters. By pledging tonight, you help the Diversity Action Alliance:

Stay laser-focused on building a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse industry

Serve as the industry’s accountability lever and force multiplier

Provide critically needed resources to leaders and their teams

Deliver measurable impact through programs, thought leadership, acumen-building, and research that drive lasting change
