It may seem far away, but high school graduation season will come faster than you think for tens of thousands of students across the state of Washington.  It is one of the most significant milestones in a young person's life, an accomplishment to be commemorated and celebrated.We’ve all heard those news stories of tragedy taking place at graduation parties.  We, the Parents of Graduating Seniors (POGS) at Inglemoor High School (IHS), are asking for your support to help us provide a celebration for our seniors while minimizing the possibility of substance abuse and/or vehicular accidents.We are a volunteer group of parents who have organized into a 501c3 non-profit organization so we can host a substance-free party for the graduating class filled only with memories of fun, excitement and hope for what comes next.   With support from donations like yours, POGS IHS has been hosting an alcohol/drug-free graduation party for over a decade.  It’s an event that provides a positive, fun, and safe alternative to other celebrations.The POGS IHS Graduation Party Planning Committee is providing Inglemoor High School students an event (at a secret location) that includes transportation, good food, longtime friends, and TONS of fun activities that will keep them busy all night long on the evening of graduation and we need your help. Historically, 200+ students have attended in the past and we need your support to help cover the expenses of the facility, activities, food, beverages, and transportation to make this a memorable night for our students.   A $50 donation will help us cover food for the event.  For $150, you can sponsor a student who can't afford a ticket. It may seem far away, but high school graduation season will come faster than you think for tens of thousands of students across the state of Washington.  It is one of the most significant milestones in a young person's life, an accomplishment to be commemorated and celebrated.  We’ve all heard those news stories of tragedy taking place at graduation parties.  We, the Parents of Graduating Seniors (POGS) at Inglemoor High School (IHS), are asking for your support to help us provide a celebration for our seniors while minimizing the possibility of substance abuse and/or vehicular accidents.   We are a volunteer group of parents who have organized into a 501c3 non-profit organization so we can host a substance-free party for the graduating class filled only with memories of fun, excitement and hope for what comes next.   With support from donations like yours, POGS IHS has been hosting an alcohol/drug-free graduation party for over a decade.  It’s an event that provides a positive, fun, and safe alternative to other celebrations. The POGS IHS Graduation Party Planning Committee is providing Inglemoor High School students an event (at a secret location) that includes transportation, good food, longtime friends, and TONS of fun activities that will keep them busy all night long on the evening of graduation and we need your help.  Historically, 200+ students have attended in the past and we need your support to help cover the expenses of the facility, activities, food, beverages, and transportation to make this a memorable night for our students.   A fifty dollar donation will help us cover food for the event.  For $150, you can sponsor a student who can't afford a ticket.
