Only 11% of low-income, first-generation students who enroll in college obtain a college degree. The most common obstacle for these students is financial hardship. Scholarships are critical for many students in lessening this burden by filling the gap between what financial aid awards cover and the full cost of college. You can help to close this gap by contributing to SEED Miami's Gap Scholarship Fund. The funds raised will go directly towards our scholars' college-related expenses (e.g., tuition, housing, books, technology, and transportation).
