&nbsp;Each year we come together to support a community service project that allows us to give back and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. This year, we are proud to support the BabyLove campaign, a youth-led initiative that provides essential supplies to mothers and babies experiencing poverty and homelessness.&nbsp;About BabyLoveBabyLove was founded by Youth Ambassador Noah Sneed of Prince William County, Virginia, through In a Perfect World (IAPW), a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering young people to become changemakers in their communities and around the world. Now led by Prince William County Chapter Teen President, Justice Sneed, BabyLove is one example of that mission in action that focuses on young people identifying a need in their community and taking the lead in creating meaningful change. IAPW reports that through BabyLove, mothers and infants experiencing homelessness have received essential supplies.&nbsp;Our Area Workday ProjectDuring AWD, our teens and middle school Jacks and Jills will come together for a hands-on service activity: assembling &ldquo;Baby Shower&rdquo; gift bags for mothers and babies in need.&nbsp;How Mothers Can HelpMake a donation: &nbsp;Monetary donations will be used to purchase needed items, which will be delivered to the AWD venue for our teens and middle school Jacks and Jills to assemble into gift bags.&nbsp;Where Your Donations Will GoThe completed gift bags will be donated to Villa Advocacy, a Virginia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advocating for mothers and women, supporting mothers throughout every stage of motherhood, and giving back to mothers and families in need. Villa also operates the Villa Community Hub in Dumfries, creating opportunities for families to connect with resources, build community, and find support.
