Behind the scenes, they are often navigating complex decisions under pressure without affordable access to support. Support Center provides leaders with guidance that helps them move toward their goals with confidence. But when cost is a barrier, momentum slows and impact becomes further out of reach. Bridging the Gap is our Spring fundraiser to remove that very friction. This campaign ensures leaders can access support when they need it, not just when their budget allows. It&rsquo;s an investment that compounds into long-term stability and forward motion, strengthening organizations and the communities they serve. Already this year, we have provided $6,410 in discounted workshops and training fees to 114 leaders. We have removed $4,700 in financial barriers to our interim executive director program and made $8,000 in subsidies available to New Executive Directors. That&rsquo;s $19,110 already just in the first quarter! Our goal is to raise $25,000 across 100 donors by June 30, 2026, making sure cost never stands between a leader and their next step forward. To date, we have raised $11,400.&nbsp; By donating, you aren&rsquo;t just bridging a gap between leaders and essential resources; you&rsquo;re accelerating their work and becoming a catalyst for long-term change.
