Three women are featured in the foreground, with one working on a laptop, another looking into a mirror, and a third standing behind them, all surrounded by white flowers and blue accents, while the background is a circular design with the words "FINER WOMEN IN WELLNESS" and a banner at the bottom reading "HEALTHY LEADERS, STRONG COMMUNITIES."

Our 2026 theme, Finer Women in Wellness: Healthy Leaders, Strong Communities, recognizes that healthy organizations begin with healthy leaders. Through inspiring speakers, executive leadership training, wellness experiences, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities, we are investing in women who make a difference every day. As a donor, you become an important partner in this work while gaining meaningful visibility among one of North Carolina's largest networks of influential women leaders. We are especially proud to create opportunities to highlight local and minority-owned and women-owned businesses throughout the retreat experience. Thank you for supporting our mission, your support is invaluable.
