In 2026, Bel Lavi Foundation launched its first Sustainability Camp in Aquin, Haiti, and the impact was greater than we imagined. We reached 153 youth and young adults.&nbsp; What began as a pilot program showed us something powerful: when young people are given access to knowledge, resources, and opportunity, they begin to see a different future for themselves. In 2027, we&rsquo;re taking it further. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to host a transformative 5&nbsp;Sustainability Camp that will reach 200+ students through eight educational and hands-on classes designed to inspire creativity, develop practical skills, and introduce young people to opportunities that can help them create sustainable sources of income. WHAT WE&#39;RE BUILDINGThroughout the camp, students will have access to classes and experiences such as:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Technology &amp; Digital Literacy</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">&nbsp;English Language</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Sewing &amp; Creative Skills</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Solar Energy &amp; Renewable Energy</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Agriculture &amp; Sustainable Practices</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Entrepreneurship &amp; Innovation</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">And additional courses designed around creativity, opportunity, and sustainability.</li></ul>But this camp is about more than classes.We want every student to feel seen, supported, equipped, and inspired.
