Since 2017 Livingstone has been working with a key partner in Romania who has been running a local orphanage in Bucharest. At first, the orphanage was small, but with the efforts of local volunteers they continue to build out in order to help more orphans.   In addition to housing and food, they have engaged with local faith leaders to provide mentoring and tutoring and other educational enrichment for the children in their care.
