On August 8th, 2026, we&#39;re hosting the 2nd Annual Community School Readiness Event (CSRE) at Heartwood, 11 AM to 3 PM. The theme is BREAKTHROUGH. That word means something real this year: more families served, more resources in their hands, and a deeper investment in the young people of this community. Our goal is 300&ndash;350 families. We&#39;re raising $5,000&ndash;$10,000 in combined support to get there. Doing something like that is not easy. Your donation and participation is the reason we will be able to BREAKTHROUGH!
