Most judges within the central valley are aware of CBS's various courses and trainings in which are designed to reform and rehabilitate students into thriving members of the community.  The Identified Need:CBS serves a diverse student population ranging from 10-25 years of age, including individuals facing behavioral and social environments that have negative on at-risk youth.Additionally, there is a significant population of at-risk youth within the community who require support in dealing with substance abuse, gang related issues, anger management, and familial challenges. Recognizing these needs, ARC seeks to address them through targeted interventions and scholarship based financial assistance.
