Funds raised during this event not only need to cover our expenses, but this is also the springboard for our <a href="https://sites.google.com/view/wocroar/leadership-academy?authuser=0" target="_blank">Leadership Academy</a>, an endeavor launched in 2023 to provide workshops and in-depth training to prepare young Women of Color for jobs in public service and government.   We hope you will consider a donation, no amount too small, to help us cover our additional and unexpected costs.  Another tremendously helpful option is to join our Rafiki Circle, by becoming a sustaining monthly donor.
