Your support has a tremendous impact on the Welger Foundation and the youth wheelchair athletes that our organization supports.  Our mission is to support and expose children in wheelchairs, to the benefits of participating in sports. Many parents have no idea that organizations exist to help their child in a wheelchair. Often they have reduced hope that their child will ever be able to do things and have experiences like other (able-bodied) children.  The Welger Foundation brings hope to those families as we introduce them to wheelchair sports as well as continue to educate the families and friends of the athletes on the limitless possibilities that exist for their child as they continue to play wheelchair sports.
