The mission of the Derek Hatcher Foundation is to raise awareness of substance abuse and addiction. Proceeds go to programs that fight overdose and addiction and protect our youth from substance abuse. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization. Derek Hatcher Foundation has educated many students and parents about the dangers of drugs, helped children of addicts, foster children and underprivileged children with necessities and holiday gifts, and spoken to legislation about the need for more awareness of fentanyl and other deadly drugs. Overdose is preventable through education, community support and intervention. Addiction hurts the entire family.
