We operate to fulfill our mission and are grateful for the positive impact we&#39;ve been able to make on the surrounding community through our presence, programming, and service! The leadership team works diligently to save for future capital improvements and needs while balancing the desire to keep monthly dues for our members low (despite rising costs in many areas of operations). In the past years, we&#39;ve realized the dream of installing a first-class playground for the enjoyment of children, parents, and grandparents (helping attract and maintain members), been able to paint and line our basketball court (allowing families and individuals of all ages to utilize the court more purposefully through exercise), improve our Grace Pavilion entrance and aesthetics for all guests (updating and improving furniture and staining the concrete surface), re-open a revitalized Hale Spa (dedicated to those who have walked the cancer journey), and install a comprehensive security system (gifted through a member, Paul Meola/Meola Technology).&nbsp; In 2022, we choose to skip our traditional fall 5K Run for the Village, recognizing the many families and individuals who donated generously to our Trooper Park playground project. In 2023, we focused on deferred maintenance projects and budgeted for the installation of a beautiful thatch tiki hut that can be enjoyed by patrons and for events and programming. In 2024, we made a significant expansion to our pickleball facility with the addition of The Hub, which will appeal to multiple generations with different play options--putt-putt, lit pickleball courts, Palm City&#39;s first synthetic pickleball court, bocce, and a giant chess game. In 2025, we installed solar lighting from The Hub to the parking lot, improving overall safety in the evening and allowing for expanded hours. &nbsp; A gift of any amount is appreciated and will supplement the VCP&#39;s general budget.
