A circular logo with the words "NONSTOP GROWTH COMMUNITY PATHWAY TO EQUITY VIOLENCE INTERRUPTION" is centered on a black background with gold accents.

We started this work in 2023 with a clear belief: violence cannot be addressed in isolation from the rest of a person’s life. Since then, Non Stop Growth has reached more than 5,000 people across neighborhoods, correctional institutions and public systems. Our work includes community violence intervention, Curbside Counseling, workforce preparation, youth development, mental health support and justice-system partnerships. An independent evaluation of our Street Team pilot found a 59% reduction in shooting victimization in the focus area, compared with a 21% reduction citywide during the same period. We have done a great deal with limited resources. More resources would change the depth of what we can do. It gives Curbside Counselors more resources to address barriers they encounter in real time. It allows us to invest more deeply in employment, education and support for the people we work with. It strengthens our ability to collect and study our data, develop new approaches and publish what we learn through the Non Stop Growth CVI Institute. We aren’t interested in doing more simply for the sake of being bigger. We are interested in doing the work better, learning from it and building approaches that can evolve beyond Non Stop Growth.
