The A&R Foundation turns creative passions into sustainable businesses by providing independent musicians access to tools, resources, and education on entrepreneurship and music business.

At the A&R Foundation, we believe everything that exists within the music industry begins and ends with the artist. Our goal is to give all musicians a fair chance at capitalizing on their potential as entrepreneurs. 

Our vision is to make Texas’s music ecosystem the most-stable in the country by developing and nurturing its most-critical resource, the artist. We aim to achieve this through our values of passion in what we do, transparency in how we do it, and putting our community at the core of it all.
