Diamond Youth Development was created with a mission of offering empowerment and leadership development to minority girls ages 9-14. We deliver on this mission by executing quality programming that is engaging and inspiring that teaches the girls about self awareness using the 4 cs of a Diamond. This includes Character, Culture. Confidence and Community. Along with this program we also offer three events open to the community throughout the year which include our Confidence Conference, Career Exploration Day and our Etiquette Par - Tea.  Your donation will help us continue our mission and further grow the organization.
