When you give to Roses Among Thorns Educational Centre, you are providing a Christian education for at risk children living in the slums as well as two meals a day for children who may otherwise go hungry. Your gift helps lift these children out of a difficult path, and sets them on a journey of hope with a vision for the future: "Progress in Education and Knowledge in God." Roses stands as a light, not only for these families, but also the community, and the teachers, who now have sound employment and take their role and leaders and educators in earnest. Your generous gift will help with school expenses such as books, exam papers, pencils, teachers' salaries, food, and so much more. We are thankful that you have considered helping the 212 learners (students) at Roses. Provided below is our 2024 yearly expenses:$30 a month or $350 per year will sponsor a child's education and meals (meals are provided during the entire calendar year). $60 a month or $715 per year will provide clean water for the school $65 a month or $780 per year provides tissue paper for the entire school$220 per month will purchase school supplies for all the learners (this includes: chalk, pencils, erasers, water colors etc.) $750 a month will provide books, notebooks & paper for the all the learners$2,057 will feed all the learners twice a day for month Roses Among Thorns is able to accept donations as a special project under the 501C3 organization Project Bible Runners.
