I am going to Romania this June with The Logos 114 Project to help them execute their mission, which is to make a fuller life possible for those in poverty, whether brought on by socioeconomic lack or geopolitical impact, leveraging teamwork and transparency to change lives and transform communities.  We will be focusing on helping children and families in poverty-stricken conditions, as well as other marginalized groups, such as the elderly and those with special needs.      We have an action packed itinerary on this June trip.  We will be digging wells for water, taking cows and other livestock for sustainable nutrition to families in need, feeding villages and equipping families with hygiene kits and education - just to name a few of our planned projects! I will be on the trip to not only help with these projects, but also to video document all of our work because providing transparency into the mission field is one of our top priorities.  This is one of the areas where we are different, because we believe that providing visibility to our supporters into the impact we are making is imperative!     The costs of this trip are estimated to be approximately $3,000, including high-season airfare costs, room, board and equipment costs.  We had attempted to use an iPhone to capture footage in 2022, which did not work well - the phone overheated due to usage beyond its intended capacity.  We are hoping to be able to secure a reasonably priced video camera, drone and mobile microphones.  These are expenses that I incurred personally on our last trip, and would so appreciate any help in covering these expense for this 2024 trip.  These new equipment investments will be used for future mission trips into Romania.
