I know you know some of my story. In short, I went from married with Children, Fashion Designer and boutique owner to mentally ill, addicted to drugs, homeless with nothing.  I did the work for the obvious and then I did the deep work. I have also done an immense amount of training, research, therapy and certifications. Why I am reaching out for support is so I can continue to volunteer as a speaker /CBT Coach(cognitive behavioral therapy) . I’ve been volunteering for six years at schools, businesses, health fairs and summits. I share my experience and expertise to educate and to stop the stigma.  Everyone at one time or another will be affected by mental illness and or addiction issues.
